MB Hotel is looking for a Breakfast Attendant to join our team!

MB Hotel is a tranquil getaway that is located on the world-renowned Miami Beach. We are located right on the prestige beach that consists of a beautiful ocean front view and away from the city’s stimulant atmosphere. At MB Hotel, we strive for our polished service team to pay close attention to each individual guest to make their experience outstanding while at our serene escape.

Responsibilities include:

- Setup and breakdown of the breakfast buffet by assembling and maintaining a clean dining area

- Help with seating and cleaning of tables in between guests, and maintain beverage dispensers, replenish items throughout the shift

- Coordinate daily food supply inventory and submit order to manager/ owner

- Cleanliness and sanitation of equipment, food storage, and work area is a must

- Ensure quality meals to be handed to guests and smooth operation of services

- Ability to accommodate guests’ requests and contribute a can-do attitude to resolve complaints

- Customer service skills is a must and essential to engage with guests to result in excellent experience

Qualifications:

- Must possess a prior experience in a fast-paced dining or similar establishment

- Flexible and long hours sometimes required

- Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects

- Ability to stand during entire shift

- Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written, with all levels of employees in friendly, courteous, and service oriented manner

- Must be effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying concerns raised by employees and guests

- Maintain regular attendance in compliance with company standards, as required by scheduling

- Maintain high standards of personal grooming, which includes wearing clean uniform for shifts daily

- This is an hourly plus tips position

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $10.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
