Job Description
Quality Assurance / Quality Control Specialist - Medical Implants
Responsibilities :
- Independently coordinate and execute multiple quality assurance tasks, including :
- Quality assurance inspections
- Interim controls
- Incoming goods inspections
- Utilize optical measuring devices and high-quality testing and measuring equipment to inspect our implants meticulously.
- Partner with colleagues to identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement.
- Actively participate in implementing quality improvement initiatives.
- Conduct final quality assurance inspections for medical implants.
- Inspect and document medical implants according to our established quality management system (QMS) procedures.
- Use Good Documentation Practices (GDP) for data collection and documentation.
- Perform all other duties necessary to support quality assurance and control operations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role, preferably within the medical device industry.
- Strong understanding of quality control principles, inspection techniques, and relevant industry standards.
- Experience using optical measuring devices and other quality control equipment.
- Excellent attention to detail, a proactive approach, and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, inspection plans, and work instructions.
- Proficient in PC operation and familiar with quality management software (QMS) is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
