The Role
Mazel Immigration Law is seeking an experienced or highly motivated entry-level paralegal to join our immigrant visas team, contributing to green card filings and preparing and filing PERM Labor Certification cases.
Our paralegal team is responsible for preparing and filing immigration application packages with U.S. government agencies, working closely with attorneys to strategize cases, liaising with clients, drafting forms and legal documents, and ultimately making the immigration process as smooth and successful as possible for our employer clients and their foreign national employees. This role may also involve researching the rapidly changing immigration landscape, representing the firm at vendor conferences, and managing large projects with many moving pieces.
