Re-Entry Program

The purpose of our re-entry program is to help those in the parole/probation community in every phase of their reintegration. Whether they are just starting out or looking to advance further, we are here to meet them where they are at.

A glance into what the re-entry program has to offer;

• Personalized Support: Assessing where our clients are in their journey, then providing tailored assistance and guidance.
• Educational Classes: Offering everything from literacy to computer skills.
• Job Preparation: From resume writing to interview coaching.
• Wellness and Guidance: Emotional support and wellness programs to ensure our clients feel secure, empowered, and ready for their next step.

COMMUNITY LIAISON INTERNSHIP

This is a Internship Opportunity

With the Community Liaison Internship, you will assist with building and collaborating with other organizations and companies within the community.

With the goal being to foster community engagement and support to aid our clients. As well as, to help improve the overall community.

Community Liaison responsibilities include building strategic relationships, establishing parameters to build collaborative efforts, and answering questions or concerns that come up for both parties

This is an in-person Internship within Boston, MA.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be comfortable assisting the parole/probation population
• Experience as a Liaison or similar role
• Possess a flexible, amicable, and community-oriented approach
• Adhere to designated procedural guidelines
• Excellent in written and verbal communications
• Strong organizational skills
• Attentive to details
• Dependable punctuality
• Passion to help others
• Eagerness to expand your knowledge
• Multilingual is a plus [Not Required]

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Relay the organization’s interests and work to further these through collaborative efforts
• Clarify, discuss, and implement actions that expand collaborators’ goals.
• Perceive collaborative concerns and work to remedy them
• Devise appropriate frameworks to derive maximum benefit from all partnerships
• Report on the utility of existing and prospective collaborations to guide future undertakings
