Job Responsibilities
* Attitude is everything-greet service department customers promptly and courteously
* Listen to each customer and clearly articulate repair needs to techs
* Provide accurate estimates of repairs/maintenance cost
* Follow up on repairs notify customer when repairs are finish.
* CSI scores is important to keep customer happy and returning.
