Mayweather Boxing Fitness is a dynamic instructor-led group fitness experience. Our group fitness-based workouts combine cardio, endurance, strength training, and the undefeated champs Floyd Mayweather‘a electrifying boxing combinations. Our personalized approach to results is powered by in-studio technology, innovative programming, and daily variety. Through our diverse community and unique experiences, we empower all to be their best YOU! Our team encourages members and guests to build the best version of themselves while on their fitness journey.

Position Title: Studio Manager

Reports to: Studio Owner

Schedule: 40 hours/week

Pay Structure: Base Salary of $49,000-$55,000, plus 20% variable income

Job Overview

The Studio Manager leads the studio in all aspects of membership retention, employee development, and achieving sales quotas. They are in charge of the big picture as well as tiny details that grow the business, while directly supervising team members; including Sales Associates, Instructors, and Head Instructors. The Studio Manager will be responsible for the hiring and onboarding of team members, planning and assigning daily, weekly, and monthly goals, providing excellent customer service, and directing work tasks. The Studio Manager will manage all aspects of the employee life cycle with continuous coaching, annual performance reviews, and providing rewards and recognition to high performers.

Responsibilities

● Hires, trains, and schedules all studio sales staff

● Manages, develops, evaluates, and executes the performance of all Mayweather Boxing Fitness sales and trains staff for continued success and future growth

● Regularly attends training, bringing lessons learned back to sales staff for implementation. Regularly attends Mayweather Boxing Fitness classes, a minimum of 1 visit per week.

● Manages daily operations, including client and staff concerns in a fast-paced fitness studio

● Works directly with the studio owner to increase studio utilization and workout traffic

● Promotes the studio and brand through social media efforts by directing staff to participate in campaigns

● Has a regular cadence of meetings and training with the team to ensure continued development, and completion of goals

● Executes and coordinates the company’s marketing and ongoing sales drivers (pre-sale events, studio

events, community outreach)

● Manages any disciplinary actions involving Mayweather Boxing Fitness studio employees

● Responsible for meeting performance metrics (KPI’s), revenue, ordering, inventory, and facilities

maintenance

● Meets or exceeds personal sales goal as well as studio total goal

● Acts as brand ambassador for community engagement, lead generation, civic networking, and collaboration
