Mayweather Boxing Fitness is Hiring a Lead Group Fitness Instructor Near Brentwood, TN

The Mayweather Boxing Fitness Group Fitness Studio Instructors are responsible for leading the instructors, running the quality assurance for all scheduled programs, and harvesting a team-fueled, inclusive culture. The Instructor will play a fundamental role leading classes, conducting personal training if applicable, and communicating with Members to provide a premium Mayweather Boxing Fitness experience.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Nationally accredited current fitness certification preferred - certifications: NSA, ACE, ACSM, PTA Global,NASM, AFAA, NETA
• Responsible for managing all aspects of the fitness staff using the Mayweather Boxing Fitness business model
• Hires, trains and educates new coaches on using the Mayweather Boxing Fitness business model.
• Retention and sales efforts to support the sales team.
• Group training certification and/or group fitness instruction experience required
• Responsible for managing and maintaining training schedules- Daily, Weekly and Monthly.
• Boxing group fitness experience strongly preferred, but not required
• Must hold and maintain a current CPR/First Aid/AED certification
• Strong interest and passion for fitness - both personally and of others
• Experience training 10-20 individuals in group setting
• Part time (20 - 30 hours) required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $55.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• On call
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Brentwood, TN: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Teaching: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Group fitness: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• AED Certification (Preferred)
