Mayweather Boxing Fitness Dearborn is in search of passionate and skilled individuals ready to help people change their lives through health and wellness.
REQUIREMENTS:
The Membership Sales Associate is a critical role for current and future members to interact with. We must ensure that current members feel welcome and supported in the studio before, during, and after their workouts. We must also do our best to connect with new leads and show them how this workout routine is the solution they've been looking for.
You will directly contribute to and be responsible for the following areas:
- Member Retention & Support
- New Membership Sales
- Personal Training Sales
- Professional customer service
- Cleanliness and maintenance of the studio
Someone with the following attributes will be highly successful in this role:
- Ability to drive revenue at a consistently high level
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Above average computer literacy

- Detail oriented
Candidates should have a desire to work in the fitness industry. Direct to consumer sales experience is highly encouraged.
The compensation package commissions are based on membership sales! The more you sell the more you make, on top of a very competitive hourly pay.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
