Job Overview

You’ll lead group fitness-style workout outs helping our members find their inner champ! As an instructor, you can expect to perform the following duties:

●Leading and motivating members through pre-defined workouts

●Making sure members are using the correct form and offering corrections if they aren’t

●Understanding the science behind our workouts, heart-rate-focused training programs, and being aware of what the competition is doing.

●Knowing how to use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment utilized in every workout

●Acts as brand ambassador for community engagement, lead generation, civic networking, and collaboration

●Promotes the studio and brand through social media efforts by partnering with the studio team to participate in campaigns

●Excellent verbal and written communication skills

●1 Year Of Coaching Experience Minimum

●Hold and maintain a current fitness certification from an education company approved by Mayweather Boxing & Fitness.

●Be AED/CPR certified
