Mayvin is looking for a qualified Social Media Strategist to join our team. The Social Media Strategist will develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase our web traffic and brand awareness.

Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Must undergo a Background Investigation (BI)

Responsibilities:

• Provide services in graphic design, original content creation, caption writing, critical thinking, and being a team player
• Be a content creator who wants to advance their skills
• Develop social media schedules for approval
• Post daily content to social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn)
• Speak with various offices to help coordinate their social media content. (Services would include researching, developing, planning, and scheduling of all social media content)
• Provide timely, relevant, and daily social media communication
• Experience with Canva and Hootsuite a plus
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a relevant field
• Hands-on experience using social media for brand awareness
• Ability to identify target audience preferences and produce content to meet these preferences
• Proven work experience as a Social Media Strategist or Social Media Manager
• Familiarity with web design and publishing
• Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to seamlessly perform and prioritize multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail
• Superior knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous Government Agency experience
