Mayvin is seeking a Mid-Level IT Project Manager to assist the U.S. Marshals Service (USMS) – Judicial Security Division (JSD). The Mid-Level IT Project Manager will assist the program office by providing oversight and direction for new, planned, or ongoing IT projects.

Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Must undergo Background Investigation (BI)

Responsibilities:

• Assists with planning, coordination, administration, and execution of all USMS programs for the Division
• Oversees ongoing projects and meets with counterparts in other agencies as needed
• Implement IT strategies that deliver projects on schedule and within budget
• Interprets existing rules, regulations, and USMS policies
• Prepares reports, memoranda, briefing papers, and other written material for internal and external use
• Configuration, installation, and maintenance of IT equipment and systems as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering
• Minimum of five years of experience in IT project management
• Comprehensive knowledge of computer systems and experience troubleshooting hardware and software
• Expert level in Microsoft Office Applications, including Project
• Patient, friendly demeanor with a great aptitude for listening
• Exhibit a high level of confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous Government Agency experience
