Due to recent internal promotions we have a couple Production worker positions available on 1st shift! While manufacturing experience is ideal – its not required - We will train you! We’ve had operators move to our Tool and Department and up to Operations Manager and everything in between by training within and tuition reimbursement!
1st shift hours are: Monday-Thursday 6:00am-4:30pm (overtime is based on customer demand and we work Fridays) flex scheduling is available too!

The MEC-Neillsville location was acquired in 2008 and has CNC tube bending machines capable of bending mild, aluminized, stainless, and aluminum tubes in both round and square diameters. We provide services to a variety of industries including: military, commercial vehicles, power sports, and agriculture! What would you do?
Typically you’ll start out end finishing. What does that mean? Basically after we bend the tube – we need to finish or form the end of the tube. There are several different processes to this.
End Finishing includes processes like ram forming, flaring, expanding, reducing, IO sizing, and beading. Along with deburring the ends which is sanding off the metal shavings that occur after the part is cut.
You’ll use a caliper and other measuring devices to ensure the part is within the required measurements.
Set-up, adjust and operate several production machine tools where tooling, setup detail and operating procedures are standardized and obvious- or operate and maintain setups on special purpose machines where operations may involve several progressive machining sequences.
- Selects and aligns dies in press according to specifications.
- Positions work piece against fixtures or stops on machine bed or on die.
- Starts press and observes operation to detect misalignment or malfunction.
- Regulates air pressure and oil pressure.
- Inspects work pieces for conformance to specifications and adjusts machine to correct errors.
- Packages parts in appropriate containers.
- Cleans and lubricates machines.
