Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and establish physical therapy treatment goals.
- Implement individualized therapy programs designed to restore, reinforce, and enhance performance.
- Facilitate the learning of skills and functions essential for adaptation and productivity.
- Contribute to the development and evolution of our "Pinnacle Therapy Excellence" program.
- Document and record the patient's condition and educate patients and families in an appropriate physical therapy method.
Requirements:
- Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Texas.
- Minimum of 1 year of physical therapy experience preferred; home health experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and patient care skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a team.
- Interest in contributing to a developing therapy program and the overall wellness of the community.
