Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Paraprofessional Educator to join our team. As a Paraprofessional Educator, you will work closely with students to provide support and assistance in the classroom. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in working with students and making a positive impact on their educational journey.

Duties:
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and instructional activities
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who require additional assistance
- Support students with special needs, including those with learning disabilities or behavioral challenges
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Assist in classroom management and behavior management strategies
- Utilize learning technology and resources to enhance student engagement and learning
- Collaborate with the lead teacher and other staff members to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the lead teacher
- Assist with administrative tasks such as record keeping, grading, and preparing materials

Experience:
- Experience working with students in an educational setting, such as early childhood education, special education, or tutoring
- Knowledge of classroom management techniques and strategies
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with learning technology and educational resources
- Ability to adapt to the diverse needs of students
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with children

Pay: $18.36 - $22.11 per hour
