Responsibilities: - Oversee the daily operations of the front office - Manage and supervise front desk staff - Ensure excellent customer service and patient satisfaction - Schedule appointments and manage the appointment book - Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and concerns - Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality - Coordinate insurance verification and billing processes - Train new front office staff on office procedures and systems - Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow Skills: - Proficient in office management systems and software (e.g., Eaglesoft, eClinicalWorks) - Strong knowledge of phone systems and call handling protocols - Experience working in a dental or medical receptionist role preferred - Excellent organizational and multitasking skills - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Exceptional customer service and communication skills - Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
