- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medication records and charts for each resident
- Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure proper medication management
- Assist with other resident care tasks as needed
Skills:
- Proficient in using medication administration systems
- Knowledge of Assisted Living Regulations
- Strong patient care skills, including the ability to provide compassionate and empathetic care
- Familiarity with electronic medical record systems, such as QuickMAR or the willingness to learn
- Specialized training in dementia care is a plus
