ROLE SUMMARYJoin our team as a Spa Coordinator for the Mayflower Inn & Spa, serving the needs of the business, our guests, and our colleagues by ensuring outstanding dining at all times.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESPlease note that this is not an exhaustive list of everything that needs to be done! Within the Auberge family, our people always find new ways to look after the business, their guests, and their team-mates. Within this, the key responsibilities for this position are:

Mayflower Inn & Spa is currently interviewing for a Spa Coordinator who will be responsible for booking treatments via phone and email, welcoming guests, giving spa tours, selling retail items, upselling spa treatments and opening or closing the spa. They will provide effective and efficient guest service. The Spa Coordinator is an integral team member in the spa operation.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Three years’ experience at a hotel
• Able to work on a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs
