ROLE SUMMARYJoin our team as a Licensed Massage Therapist for the Mayflower Inn & Spa, serving the needs of the business, our guests, and our colleagues by ensuring outstanding treatments at all times.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESPlease note that this is not an exhaustive list of everything that needs to be done Within the Auberge family, our leaders our people always find new ways to look after the business, their guests, and their team-mates. Within this, the key responsibilities for this position are:

• Provide excellent treatments to every guest
• Learn every treatment option we offer
• Clean and flipping the treatment rooms upon completion of treatment
• Attend training within the Spa to ensure continued growth
• Perform prep work and properly clean and restock room as required.
• Assist in providing information to any inquiries, helps to coordinate all guest requests for services.
• Ensure guest comfort and safety throughout the treatment. Maintain professional ethics while ensuring personalized service is provided to each guest so they feel their needs are met.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid Massage Therapy Certification from a recognized school of massage.
• Two years’ experience in a luxury environment. Preferred.
• Two years’ experience practicing massage therapy. Preferred,
• Specific training and certifications in massage therapy, specialty treatments and body treatments as necessary.
