Position Description

At Mayfield DQ, we have three management positions:

• General Manager, in total charge of the entire store. Salaried position
• Assistant Managers, assisting the GM in managing the store. Salaried position.
• Shift leaders, hourly management persons in charge of shift starting at $17.00 HR

Responsibility of Management

• A strong leader who is a people person, with excellent hospitality skills, has a positive attitude, and a sense of urgency who can make work fun. 
• Detail oriented, organized and able to direct Team Members while performing under pressure in a high volume restaurant.
