Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Math SAT Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mathematics, a thorough understanding of the SAT exam format and content, and a passion for helping students reach their full potential. The prospective dates for classes are tentatively set to begin in July - December.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging and interactive lessons that cover all topics tested on the math section of the SAT exam, including algebra, geometry, trigonometry, and data analysis.
• Create customized lesson plans and instructional materials tailored to the needs of individual students or small groups.
• Utilize a variety of teaching methods and strategies to accommodate different learning styles and ensure student comprehension and retention.
• Administer practice tests and quizzes to assess student progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to help them develop their problem-solving skills and improve their SAT math scores.
• Foster a supportive and motivating learning environment that encourages students to reach their full potential.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching mathematics, preferably in a test preparation setting.
• In-depth knowledge of high school-level math concepts and the ability to teach them effectively to students of varying skill levels.
• Familiarity with the structure and content of the SAT math exam, including the ability to analyze and solve SAT-style math problems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with students of varying skill levels and learning styles.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to create and implement effective lesson plans and instructional strategies.
