POSITION SUMMARY: Greet and direct visitors and residents within the nursing home facility.

Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

• Answer and direct all calls coming into facility. Route calls, messages, faxes, and perform other clerical tasks.
• Required to know the proper procedures for fire drills.
• Buzz people in/out
• Notify about new admits.
• Needs to be professional, quick thinking, and able to multitask.
• Monitor front desk cameras

REQUIREMENTS:

• Prior front desk, administrative, and office experience
• High School Diploma
• Excellent communication skills
• Solid computer skills
• A very positive attitude with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Notify maintenance of any problems.
• Ability to communicate with residents and personnel.
• Walking, standing, sitting, hearing, seeing, grasping, and fine hand coordination.
• Ability to remain calm under stress.
