As Bartender, you will be responsible for overseeing the bar operations and leading a team of bartenders to provide exceptional service and create memorable experiences for our guests. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the bar's efficiency, quality, and profitability while ensuring a positive and engaging environment for both customers and staff.

Compensation includes hourly pay and tips as a part of the overall tip pool.

Responsibilities

• Bartending and Drink Preparation: Display expertise in preparing and serving a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, wines, and other specialty drinks, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards.
• Customer Service: Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for guests, engaging with them to understand their preferences, providing recommendations, and ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously.
• Quality Control: Maintain high standards of beverage quality, presentation, and consistency, monitoring the work of bartenders and providing feedback to ensure optimal performance.
• Bar Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all bar equipment, glassware, and tools are properly maintained, cleaned, and in good working condition, promptly reporting any maintenance or repair needs.
• Bar Hygiene and Sanitation: Enforce strict hygiene and sanitation practices in accordance with health and safety regulations, including regular cleaning of bar surfaces, glassware, and utensils.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a bartender, preferably in a high-volume or upscale establishment.
• Knowledge of mixology techniques, drink recipes, and beverage trends.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming and engaging environment.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in cash handling, POS systems
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
