May's Lawn Care, LLC. is hiring for lawn care and landscaping technicians. This role has growth potential within the business to a leadership role. Duties includes all aspects of lawn care and landscaping. Canidate must be familiar with turf grass maintenance. Ex. Proper mowing, fertilizing, seeding, and treatments. We provide snow removal to our clients and with this type of weather we work all hours of the day and on short notice. Technician must also be familiar with hardscaping. Monday through Friday typical work schedule with the need of Saturdays on a rotation schedule as needed. We are seeking several great all-around technicians to help grow the business with professionalism, honesty, and quality work for which we are known for. Please serious candidates only apply. Competitive pay depending on experience.
Licensed pesticide applicator is a preference or the ability and willingness to allow proper training to obtain pesticide license.
REQUIREMENTS / MUST HAVE NO EXCEPTIONS
Must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
Must pass criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
Experience with large zero turn mowers, compact tractors, compact track loaders, other professional turf management and landscaping equipment.
Be able to work in all weather conditions and on short notice.
Be able to lift 50# on a regular basis.
Be able to travel for some projects and stay overnight.
Must have positive attitude with attention to detail. Caring about quality of work and being professional.
Work with limited supervision to carry out assigned tasks as well as respect business and clients property.
