What You’ll Be DoingAs a transaction advisory intern, you will be a key member of buy-side and sell-side deal teams, utilizing your Microsoft Excel skills to compile and analyze target company financial data. You will participate in discussions with key executives and decision makers and help identify potential issues important to our clients’ investment decisions. You’ll be able to apply your education in a hands-on, fast-paced learning environment, collaborate with associates and partners, and connect with a dedicated mentor throughout your internship.   • Prior audit or transaction advisory internship experience at a public accounting firm required
  • Availability to intern two consecutive semesters preferred
  • Completion of Intermediate Financial Accounting with a B- or better
  • 3.0 Cumulative GPA
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively with a team
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
