Job Title: Floor Lead

Salary: $18-$20 per hour based on experience, $2 shift premium, $1 bonus premium for attendance

Hours:

Currently: Thursday – Saturday 6p – 6a.

Staring on June 2, 2024: Thursday – Saturday and every other Wednesday, 6p – 6a

Overtime opportunities available as needed.

Role Qualifications:

• Must be able to improve working conditions (safety, quality, productivity, cost) and increase subordinates' skills and capabilities.
• Assist with execution of activity plans for the above and discuss them with supervisor.
• Must be able to assist Supervisor in improving a system of production control, standard operating procedure, safety, quality control, and performance management.
• Must have a mechanical aptitude involving machinery and equipment.

Position Summary:
Assists with directing production employees in a manufacturing and assembly environment plans and assigns work, implements policies and procedures and recommends improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures and working conditions.

Position Responsibilities:

• 30% - Balances quality, productivity, cost, safety, and morale to achieve positive results in all areas. Works to continuously improve in all areas.
• 30% - Assists with departmental performance measures, including visual controls and provides regular progress reports to manager.
• 15% - Maintains proper inventory levels.
• 15% - Manages department priorities.
• 5% - Assist in tracking absenteeism and timekeeping.
• 5% - Responsible for all other duties as assigned.
