Job Title: Contract Manager

Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contract Manager to join our team. As a Contract Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of contract negotiations, procurement, and supplier management. You will play a critical role in ensuring that contracts are executed efficiently and effectively, while also maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire contract lifecycle, from initial negotiation to contract closeout
- Develop and implement contract management strategies and processes
- Review and analyze contracts to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define contract requirements and specifications
- Conduct negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions
- Monitor contract performance to ensure compliance with terms and identify any issues or discrepancies
- Coordinate with legal counsel to review and approve contracts
- Conduct root cause analysis for any contract-related issues or disputes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production planning and materials management
- Oversee procurement activities, including sourcing, bidding, and vendor selection
- Maintain accurate records of all contracts, amendments, and related documentation

Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience in contract management, procurement, or supply chain management
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable terms and conditions
- Solid understanding of contract law and regulations
- Proficient in conducting root cause analysis to identify underlying issues
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
