This position offers an exciting opportunity within a dynamic and challenging environment based in Bethesda, MD.Job Description:As a Policy and Strategy Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in addressing operational requirements by focusing on Requirements, Cost, and Effectiveness. Your responsibilities will include:• Formalized annual study planning.• Execution of individual studies, involving the development of Terms of Reference, data collection, normalization, and preparation, quantitative and qualitative data analysis, formulation of well-supported alternatives to guide senior-level decisions, and the creation of comprehensive narrative reports and executive-level briefings.Basic Qualifications:To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.• Proven experience in planning and conducting formal studies.• Proficiency in gathering, normalizing, and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data.• Expertise in designing, administering, and analyzing surveys, as well as handling requests for information.• Knowledge of statistical methods and proficiency in analytic software toolsets such as Excel and Tableau.• Familiarity with the analytic methods employed by the Intelligence Community.• Track record of designing executive-level decision analytics, papers, and studies.• Strong writing skills.Education and Experience:• Bachelor’s degree with 12–15 years of prior relevant experience or master’s degree with 10–13 years of prior relevant experience.Desired Qualifications:• Collection experience in various intelligence disciplines.#techjobs #clearance

Pay Transparency

Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Additionally, Maximus provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
