Maximus is seeking a SAP Business Analyst - Finance to support our defense customer. This position is responsible for business process and system analysis, design/translating business requirements to technical requirements, testing, troubleshooting, and implementation of components in an enterprise SAP environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with BA team to ensure all business and program needs are met.
• Perform business analyst functions and responsibilities alongside developers
• Perform maintenance, enhancement and/or development work of SAP modules.
• Change Management and training support program wide.

Required Skills

• Active Secret clearance.
• Associate degree in related field plus 3 years of SAP business analyst (BA) experience, 5 years of equivalent work experience is acceptable in lieu of degree.
• SAP Business Analyst experience to include a combination of the following:
• SAP Finance (FI)
• Funds Management (FM)

Desired Skills

• SAP functional/configuration experience
• DoD or Public Sector SAP experience
• Client-facing experience

Pay Transparency

Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment.
