Position Overview:
As a Social Media Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our social media strategy with our marketing team. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media channels, and implementing campaigns to enhance our brand presence and drive audience engagement. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and has a deep understanding of social media platforms and trends.
Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate to develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy’s to align with company goals.
2. Create and curate compelling content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
3. Manage day-to-day social media activities, including scheduling posts, responding to comments, and monitoring social media trends.
4. Attend occasional local events to create content.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and brand identity across all platforms.
6. Monitor social media analytics and provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of campaigns.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms to identify new opportunities for growth.
8. Engage with followers and cultivate a positive online community through meaningful interactions.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or 2 years, experience in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role.
3. Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content.
6. Proficient in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
