Maxim HealthcareStaffing is looking to hire a BCBA who providesconsultation, training, conducts behavioral evaluations and develops/implementsbehavior intervention plans for individuals with academic and behavioraldeficits. The Board Certified Behavior Analyst – ES acts as a clinicalteacher who educates, observes, assesses, and supervises educational activitiesand behavioral service delivery in the school setting.

Essential Duties andResponsibilities:
·Conducts functionalbehavior assessments and educational assessments, accurately identifying thefunction of challenging behavior and socially valid, pivotal behaviors totarget
·Develops strongcollaborative relationships and provides training to school staff to implementeffective techniques across all environments, promoting progress andgeneralization
·Provides ongoingsupervision and training of behavior technicians, paraprofessionals and relatedfield staff ensuring treatment integrity and supporting professional growth
·Develops behaviorgoals and intervention techniques utilizing non-aversive behavior changemethods
·Determines prevention,intervention and consequence strategies according to the needs and abilities ofthe individual. Collect, analyze and report data and other paperwork within theestablished time frames to ensure program validity and efficacy
·Performs other dutiesas assigned/necessary
Minimum Requirements:
·Current Board CertifiedBehavior Analyst (BCBA), as certified by the Behavior Analyst CertificationBoard (BACB)
·Preferred experienceproviding behavior analytic programs in homes or schools
·Current CPRcertification
·Current PPD or ChestX-Ray (as applicable per state and/or client requirement)
·Ability to effectivelyelicit/provide information to and from appropriate individuals (including, butnot limited to, supervisors, co-workers, clients) via strong communicationskills; proficiency in the English language may be required
·Computer proficiencyrequired
