School Speech Language Pathologist
Location: Fayetteville, NC

Job Description:
Maxim Staffing is seeking a passionate and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Sxhool Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a crucial role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating communication and speech disorders among our students. You will work collaboratively with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized intervention plans to support students' communication needs.

Responsibilities:
-Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' speech, language and communication skills
-Develop and implement personalized intervention plans to address students' communication disorders and difficulties
-Provide direct therapy services to students individually or in small groups
-Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to monitor students' progress and adjust intervention strategies as needed
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of assessments, progress reports, and treatment plans
-Participate in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings and contribute valuable input regarding students' communication goals and progress

Qualifications:
-Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
-Experience working with school-aged children with a variety of communication disorders
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills
-Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
