Maxim Healthcare Services is Hiring a Private Duty Nursing Near Hebron, OH

Maxim Healthcare in Newark is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with a young adult patient in their own home in the Clarington, OH area. Other full time and Part time positions available! This position is for DAY SHIFT.

Responsibilities:

Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

Currently licensed as an LPN or RN in the state of Ohio.
Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
Current BLS card.
