The Habilitation Technician is responsible for providing one-on-one services to consumers and assisting in the implementation of consumer goals as outlined within the client’s supportplan.

•Assists in the implementation of written goals from the treatmentplan

•Instructs and reinforces target goal outcomes according toconsumer

•Accurately notes consumer responses and results to staff; interventions and assessmentvia properdocumentation

•Maintains appropriate professionalconduct

•Assists in the development of consumer treatment plan andgoals

•Performs other duties asassigned/necessary

·High school diploma or GEDpreferred

·CPR/BCLS certificationrequired

·TBscreening

·Training treatment plan

·Active driver’s license in the event transportation is taking place ( asapplicable)

·Ability to effectively elicit/provide information to and from appropriate individuals(including, but not limited to, supervisors, co-workers, clients) via strong communication skills;proficiency in the English language may berequired

·Computer proficiency required
