Why work at Lighthouse?
We are dedicated to increasing autonomy and independence in our learners using reinforcement, child-lead, and play based therapy. We offer direct support from the CCO and In-house Lead BCBA including weekly peer review committees and ethics reviews. In addition, direct collaboration with other BCBAs throughout the company to expand competency and skill base. We understand how imperative RBTs are to successful therapy. Our in-house Lead RBTs train our technicians to become confident and well supported RBTs committed to providing the highest quality of therapy! Our RBTs receive 2 weeks of training in addition to completion of the 40 hours. This training is spent shadowing our experienced staff, and practicing their RBT skill before they are ever alone in session! They also receive attendance bonus’s, and we strive for 10% supervision so that they have extra opportunity to grow and develop! Parental involvement is a vital aspect of our services. We offer voluntary parent support groups along with monthly caregiver training. We are committed to modern ABA, trauma-informed, and compassion care to ensure the most ethical treatment possible.
We offer a competitive base salary starting at $80,000 depending on experience, and bonus opportunities. We understand that time out of office is just as important as time in the office to support a healthy work life balance and reduce burnout. We offer an abundant PTO policy for our full time BCBAs of 160 hours after achieving the prerequisites. We are proud to offer employment that best fits your lifestyle as our in-clinic, hybrid, and part time positions allow for flexible scheduling and work from home days every week. As a growing company, we are dedicated to providing our BCBAs upward mobility into management positions and always seek to promote from within.
