Responsibilities
•Administer new user accounts, work email addresses, and access levels to new employees to ensure they have everything they need to work efficiently
•Install all new technology for the company, including computer operating systems, software programs and applications, new desktops, and other computer hardware
•Maintain technological equipment, including phones, printers, computers, operating systems, network systems, hardware etc.
•Back up all computers to make sure our files are saved in case the system crashes
•Secure all computer systems and run regular checks to protect our business from cyber security threats
Qualifications
•Strong communication skills, organizational skills, and time management skills
•Two years of work experience in IT support
•Great customer service skills and passionate about helping our business succeed
•Understands how to create a technical database using Excel spreadsheets
•High school diploma or G.E.D. required, associate's degree in information technology or computer science is a bonus
