We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual receptionist to join our team The ideal candidate MUST be fluent in both English and Spanish. This role requires proficiency in accounting, Excel, multi-phone line management, and a basic understanding of HR processes.

Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
• Answer and manage incoming calls on a multi-line phone system
• Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and data entry
• Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Assist with HR-related tasks such as scheduling interviews and onboarding new employees
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages

Requirements:

• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
• Proven experience in customer service and receptionist roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Basic knowledge of HR processes is preferred but not required
