Max Motors Richmond is Hiring a Quick Lane Service Manager Near Richmond, MO

Max Ford of Richmond is expanding our service department with an immediate opening for Quick Lane Service Manager! Are you ready for a new opportunity with excellent growth potential?

The position of Quick Lane Service Manager is vital to our dealerships. The right employee will have working knowledge of automotive repair and at least 2 years of recent experience in the field.

ASE and Manufacturer certifications and customer service skills are required.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Process high volumes of tasks relating to vehicle repair and maintenance for the Dealership and customers.
  • Use knowledge of Max Motors products and services to sell or provide in-depth information about available parts and service options to customers.
  • Calling customers to advise them about service changes or car pick-up times.
  • Maintaining positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Interact with co-workers and customers in a kind and professional manner.
  • Interact with customers and employees in resolving vehicle repair and maintenance questions and all other general related issues.
  • Responsible for meeting and maintaining departmental performance indicators and team metrics.

Qualifications

  • Must have automotive repair experience; additional experience as a Service Advisor is preferred.
  • Must be able to deliver top notch customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong prioritizing and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to handle and complete high-volume transactions with minimal errors.
  • Ability to work independently, with little direction.
  • Must be a team player with a positive, winning attitude.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
