  • Serve as the primary point of contact for US clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Project Management:

  • Oversee the execution of digitization projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints.
  • Coordinate with project teams to allocate resources effectively and optimize workflow processes.

Team Leadership:

  • Recruit, train, and mentor a skilled team of digitization specialists and support/administrative staff.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance work culture mirroring the UK operation, encouraging innovation, professional development, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Library Science, Information Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a managerial role.
  • Ideally, knowledge of digitization processes, archival standards, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects, drive results, and meet business objectives.
