```Duties:```
- Prepare and file tax returns for individuals and businesses
- Review financial records and documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with tax laws
- Analyze financial information to determine tax liability and identify potential deductions or credits
- Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations

```Requirements:```
- Proven experience as a Tax Preparer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and financial concepts
- Proficient in using Quick Books accounting software
- Excellent mathematical skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in preparing tax documents
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
