Max Arnold and Sons, LLC is Hiring a Cook Near Hopkinsville, KY

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (Other duties may be assigned.)
  • Specified preparation of all menu items
  • Health rules and regulations followed at all times
  • Rotation of all stock, first in first out
  • Maintain high cooking standards by following recipes and procedures
  • Follow shift cleanups
  • Perform all duties assigned by your management team
  • Cost control methods must be used in portion control, rotation of food, following cooking charts, recipes, etc.
  • Maintain a sense of urgency to meet 100% menu execution standards
  • Keeping kitchen clean in all areas, prep, walk ins and storerooms
  • Adhere to the dress code and maintain a high level of personal hygiene
  • Work as a team with everyone and maintain a professional tone of voice and words with all even during peak rush hours
  • Actively participate in scheduled staff meetings

  • Cooks must maintain a professional image at all times.
  • We do not allow full beards, body piercing or tongue posts.
Education and/or Experience
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is preferred or equivalent experience. Previous line cooking experience is desired.
