Maverick Windows is rapidly growing and looking for new talent to join our team! We are looking for a Canvassing Team Lead who is comfortable managing a team of canvassers and reporting directly to the head of Marketing and Operations. The role will be responsible for recruiting, hiring, and training a dynamic team of canvassers who can convert leads into real sales. They should oversee all aspects of lead generation and community outreach campaigns. A successful candidate will have great interpersonal skills and a sales mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Can schedule, track, and manage a canvassing team
• Exceptionally organized and able to map out sales pipelines to ensure deliverables
• Adept in solving problem, and managing teams with a results driven attitude
• Comfortable with paperwork such as mapping, permits, and payroll

Qualifications

• High school diploma, or equivalent
• 1 year sales or marketing
• 1 year team management and team building experience
• Excellent verbal and written sales
• Someone who values creating new systems where old ones can be improved. A leadership attitude is essential for success in this role.
