We’re looking for a knowledgeable Concierge to attend to our residents requests and needs in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner. You should be able to deal professionally with resident inquiries, effectively solve problems, and respond appropriately to complaints. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, multi-tasking ability, hospitality expertise, and knowledge of local area services. You will be responsible for assisting residents with outstanding customer service. Ultimately, you should help maintain a flawless reputation by providing exceptionalprofessional guest services.
