Job description

We’re looking for a knowledgeable Concierge/Security to attend to our residents' requests and needs in a professional, courteous and efficient manner. You should be able to deal professionally with residents inquiries, effectively solve problems and respond appropriately to complaints. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, multi-tasking ability, hospitality expertise, as well as knowledge of local area services. You will be responsible for assisting reidents with outstanding customer service. Ultimately, you should help maintain a flawless reputation by providing outstanding guest service.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the safety of the building and the surrounding grounds
• Making sure only authorized people are at the building
• Monitoring the cameras

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Required)
• Security-SORA required
• Time management: 1 year (Required)
• Concierge experience: 1 year (Preferred)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
