This position goes beyond the traditional scope of a Computer Based Training Lead, as it involves a higher level of responsibility in overseeing Change Management initiatives and managing the overall training roll-out process.Responsibilities:Change Management Oversight:
Develop and implement effective Change Management strategies to facilitate organizational transitions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential resistance to change.
Lead communication efforts to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the change process.
Assess the impact of changes on employees and work processes to proactively address challenges.
Training Roll-Out Management:
Design and execute comprehensive training plans tailored to the organization's needs.
Oversee the development of training materials, ensuring they align with organizational objectives and are accessible to diverse audiences.
Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and other learning initiatives to support the successful implementation of changes.
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, making adjustments as necessary to meet evolving requirements.
Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business goals and align Change Management and Training strategies accordingly.
Communicate effectively with project teams, leadership, and employees to build awareness and understanding of changes and training programs.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages open communication and knowledge-sharing.
Continuous Improvement:
Conduct regular assessments of Change Management and Training processes to identify areas for improvement.
Stay current on industry best practices and emerging trends in Change Management and Training.
Implement enhancements to strategies and programs based on feedback and lessons learned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
Proven experience in Change Management, including successful implementation of initiatives in complex organizational environments.
Strong background in overseeing training roll-out, with a focus on developing and executing training plans and materials.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Analytical mindset with the ability to assess the impact of changes and training programs on organizational performance.
Certifications in Change Management or Training and Development are desirable.
