- Knowledge of Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act, Rehabilitation Act, and Americans with Disabilities Act.
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health, emotional well-being, and social situations.
- Identify clients’ needs, strengths, and challenges through interviews, observations, and review of medical records.
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions to clients.
- Utilize various therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy.
- Offer crisis intervention and support during emergencies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries.
- Prepare reports and documentation required for insurance and legal purposes.
