Project Scope:
The client is seeking enterprise architect with experience in .NET applications. The candiate will work in the state office with existing MDES technical team members to set the direction and establish the approach of an organization's operations, improves the IT infrastructure, and optimizes their business operations.
Technical Skills
· .NET Development and Support
· .NET Visual Studio – Must have experience with recent versions.
· Proven work experience as an Enterprise Architect or similar role
· Experience in modeling and graphic representations
Business Skills
· Javascript
· Crystal reports and reporting software
· ETPL application
· Problem/application resolutions for end users
· System and Solutions Architect for core business functions with knowledge of all business processes within the ETPL: ITA, OJT, and Annual Recertification; also MAGIC interface for all MDES payments
· Object oriented programming, mainframe programming, and cross system data exchanges
· Document and troubleshoot current web and network security issues and certificate authorities
· Experience with Mississippi Department of Finance and Administration accounting software and MAGIC/PayMode, including interfaces with MAGIC (vendor payment system)
· Performance Reporting Analyst to perform wage crossmatch with ITA completers to create training course report cards

Salary: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour
