Overview

Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Maintaining and de-conflicting executive calendars, including ensuring read-ahead materials are available and meeting minutes with action items are provided

• Answering phone calls and directing queries as appropriate for the organization
• Monitor shared inboxes for incoming requests and related action items
• Managing Executive mailboxes for priority and shared items
• Updating distribution and meeting groups for changes in stakeholders and meeting objectives

• Providing presentation support as needed

• Making required travel arrangements and registrations for conferences and executives’ speaking engagements

• Maintaining Office Supplies and when needed, engaging building maintenance and initiating procurement processes for supplies and services as needed

• This position requires a Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of experience
