• Angular experience is a plus

Overview:

• She is looking for a solutions Java team lead

• • The previous team member that did not work out was more of an architect and now they are now targeting someone with more lead experience

• Hands on lead with 70/30 coding to lead solution architecting.
• The person needs to be very hands on, be able to lead the team, coach mentor junior developers (there are all Sr Developers on the team, but mentoring them, drive this team on how to meet the deliverables, and code quality).
• Need to work on creating new features, enhance present features and reduce technical debt.
• Need to work with PM to prioritize and reduce technical debt.
• Someone to think outside of the box and look at long term solutions and not just put out fires.
• Guide the team to meet code quality standards and deliveries.
• The lead needs to have good debugging skills and security best practices.
• Administrative tasks but also if developers are stuck and don't how to proceed, they should be able to roll up their sleeves and code some, put up the structure and then hand it off.
