Job Summary:
We are seeking a Blow Mold Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining injection molding machines to produce high-quality products efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate molding machines
- Monitor machine operations to ensure product specifications are met
- Perform quality inspections of molded parts using calipers and other measuring tools
- Troubleshoot equipment and process issues
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment
- Assist with mold changes and material handling as needed

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in injection molding or related manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of quality inspection techniques
- Familiarity with plastics blow molding processes
- Ability to operate forklifts and use hand tools effectively
- Understanding of logic controllers and press brake machines is a plus
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles is advantageous
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform minor machine maintenance
- Prior work in a warehouse setting is beneficial

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
