Title: Speech Pathologist - Speech Therapy - LHC Physical Therapy
Location: Lewis Health Center- Hohenwald
Position Shift: PRN
Position Summary:

• *Responsible for conducting medically prescribed speech language therapy program to restore and improve communication in the event of disease, injury, congenital or developmental defect. Aids a patient in reaching their maximum performance and assuring a place in society while learning to live within the limits of his capabilities. Ability to work with all age groups.

• Credentials / Education:

• Current license as a Speech Pathologist in TN Required.

• 1 year of Speech Therapy *Required.
